Client Global Pharmaceutical Organisation Research Services Global eLearning Practices & Benchmarking Description of services provided We were asked to conduct an in-depth review of eLearning practices specific to developing a field sales team. To do so, we conducted an environment analysis to determine trends within the eLearning market and sales force development practices in Life Sciences organisations. In-depth interviews with six global organisations were also carried out as part of a benchmarking exercise.
