Management Consultant - Transformational Change
Specialisation in Change + Stakeholder Management; preferably with Public Sector 
Location: Singapore
 

Our Client, a globally recognised consulting organisation, is looking to appoint a new Change Management Consultant for their operations in Singapore.  

Our ideal candidate has excellent Change Management skills and had the ability to run their own change programs. The candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholder groups and has been successful in stakeholder commitment & engagement.  
They have ERP experience, preferably with full lifecycle implementations and are very skilled at Project Planning and Project Management.  

Key Function:
To provide Transformational Change consulting services to external clients  

Key Objectives:
Ø  Design and deliver Transformational Change Programmes to achieve clients business objectives
Ø  Engage and manage key stakeholders to drive the change agenda
Ø  Manage teams of consultants and clients to achieve transformation objectives
Ø  Build internal consulting capability and contribute to knowledge capital 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:
Ø  Proven track record in designing and delivering large scale transformational change programmes (preferably enabled by ERP technology)
Ø  Deep understanding of transformational change content in one or more of Change Management, Learning and Development, Organisational Design, Communications
Ø  Able to build and maintain strong client relationships at all organisational levels
Ø  Able to identify opportunities and build a consulting footprint within accounts
Ø  Experience of leading a team or workstream of both consultant and client resources
Ø  Extensive business consulting experience, ideally within an external facing consultancy
Ø  Commitment to people development and skills building
Ø  Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills 

Other considerations: Consultants operate predominantly on client site and therefore flexibility to travel is expected  

Our client is preferably looking for a local Singaporean or permanent resident (no expat package on offer).
