Emerging Trends in Learning Outsourcing in Asia Pacific
2005 Cape Group Outsourced Learning Research Report. This research was conducted during June and July 2005 and involved a study of industry trends in the Asia Pacific. The report makes comparisons with those seen in the US market. As part of the research, a number of learning providers from the region were interviewed to gain insight into the trends and challenges faced by both providers and their customers in the course of outsourcing the learning function.
