The Second Wave:
A Follow-up Report on eLearning in Australian and New Zealand Organisations In 2004, the Cape Group published Realising eLearning’s Potential: eLearning in Australian and New Zealand Organisations. This research report focused on the efforts of 30 leading public and private sector organisations in Australia and New Zealand. A major finding of this research was that for most organisations, implementation was not the end of the eLearning journey. Many spoke of the need to enhance their solutions and increase user adoption and support. A year later we revisited our original group of respondents to discuss in detail their progress. In particular, we focused on long-term plans and the on-going investment in eLearning. Key Findings:
